    3. AI Processing

    AssessAI360 uses AI assistance to help organize entered data and generate report narrative drafts, FBA narratives, and BIP drafts. AI does not independently make eligibility, diagnostic, behavioral, or legal decisions. All AI-assisted output is intended for review by a qualified professional.

    AI Processing Notice

    AI models assist in synthesizing user-provided observations and scores into report drafts. AI tools do not store or use entered student evaluation data to train external public models.

    4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

    We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

    Service Providers:

    • Third-party vendors who support Platform operations, such as hosting, AI processing, and authentication
    • All service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security
